Calorie Counter
Track calories for the food you actually eat - roti, dal, rice, paneer, dosa, idli, biryani, and more. Search Indian dishes, log your meals, and monitor your nutrition goals.
Search Food
Add food from its nutrition label
Use the calories and serving weight printed on the label, then enter the weight you ate. Calories = label kcal × eaten grams ÷ label grams.
Built-in foods are fixed-portion estimates, without verified source records. Product, preparation and portion size can differ. Use your label or check a matching FoodData Central record. The default goals are editable examples. Match the calorie value to its stated gram basis. If a label shows 300 kcal per 100 g and you eat 25 g, log 75 kcal. Do not combine calories from the per-serving column with weight from the per-100 g column. Unknown macros can stay blank.
Macro totals include only recorded values; a dash means that value was not entered.
