Split shared expenses by equal or weighted shares and calculate suggested repayments.

Amounts use integer minor units and largest-remainder allocation; ties use row order. A negative payment represents a refund received. Weights are relative shares, not mandatory percentages. The transfer list uses a greedy method and is not guaranteed to minimize the number of transfers. Data is saved on this browser only; copying a summary does not synchronize devices. Financial record-keeping depends on unambiguous currency identification. ISO 4217 is the international standard that assigns a three-letter code to every world currency — USD, EUR, JPY — so amounts recorded by a cash counter or an invoice tally stay clear across borders and accounting systems. It also defines each currency's minor-unit relationship, such as whether it divides into 100 or 1000 subunits, which matters when counting cents.
